专利说明:

The invention relates to an electric machine, in particular a motor, comprising a housing with a bearing plate, a drive shaft, a fan which is coupled to the drive shaft, and an inverter.
Electric motors have been used for a variety of purposes for a long time. However, in order to be able to use the wide range of possible applications for electric motors, in many cases a converter is needed which, for example, enables a stepless speed adjustment or also a reversal of the direction of rotation. In addition to the classic application in the control cabinet, this inverter is usually mounted on the outside of the motor or on a sleeve around the motor. A disadvantage is that a mounted on the outside of the motor inverter housing increases the footprint of the engine.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide an electrical machine with a converter, which reduces the above-mentioned disadvantages.
This object is achieved with an electrical machine of the type mentioned above with the characterizing features of claim 1.
The electrical machine can be constructed as known from the prior art. There are all types of electric motors that are operated in conjunction with converters, such as asynchronous, reluctance and / or PM permanent magnet motors. In principle, however, an arrangement according to the invention can also be used when the electric machine is operated as a generator. The inverter can include various electrical devices. These may include, in addition to circuits for controlling the engine speed or direction, for example, electrical devices for suppressing interference or any other common in the operation of electrical machines circuit. * * · · · ··· ··· • * · · ··· ·· ··· ··
Fans coupled to the drive shaft of the motor are known in the art and usually cool the motor as it loses efficiency with increasing temperature. If the inverter is positioned between the motor and the fan, it is also flowed around and cooled by an airflow running from the fan to the engine.
Furthermore, the engine gets in this way a compact appearance and is therefore particularly space-saving.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the inverter has a recess through which the drive shaft extends. This allows the inverter to use the available space particularly efficiently.
Particularly preferably, the inverter is spaced from the end shield by a gap. This gap reduces the heat conduction between the inverter and the electric machine. In addition, the gap can be ventilated, which further improves the cooling.
To form the gap, a housing of the converter preferably has feet which bear against the bearing plate and space the inverter from the bearing plate.
According to a further development of the invention, the converter and the housing are thermally decoupled from each other. For this purpose, for example, the feet can be made of a thermally highly insulating material.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the fan has a fan housing which encloses the fan and the converter at least peripherally. This allows air to be routed past the inverter to the engine. In a further development of the invention, the fan housing may have on its inside at least one guide device, which generates and / or intensifies air turbulences in the gap. Thus, the cooling of motor and inverter can be further improved.
Preferred and advantageous embodiments of the invention are subject of the dependent claims.
Further features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment of the invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. It shows:
1 shows a motor according to the invention with inverter in isometric view,
2 is an exploded view of the motor of FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 is an axial section through the fan end of the motor of FIG. 1.
The figures show a motor 1 according to the invention with a converter housing 13. In addition to the changes according to the invention, all components of the engine 1 can be designed as known from the prior art. It is therefore only mentioned in general that an electric machine is arranged in a housing 3. The housing 3 has bearing plates 4, 5 and is substantially cylindrically shaped. A drive shaft 7 projects through the bearing plates 4, 5, in which it is mounted. The converter housing 13 and a fan 8 are completely covered in FIG. 1 by a fan housing 9. The bearing plate 4 is located on the fan-side end face. At the bottom of the housing 3 is a fastener 10, with which the engine 1 can be securely attached at its place of use through holes 11. At the top of the housing 3 is a box 12. This provides space for connections and for electrical or electronic components which are present in addition to the housed in the inverter housing 13 components. In a further development of the invention, the box 12 can also be made much smaller or completely eliminated. It will then all for the operation 4/13
the motor required electronics or electronics housed in the inverter housing 13 of the inverter 2. The connections can be placed in this case, for example in a recess of the fan housing. This makes the engine even more compact.
In FIG. 2, a recess 15 in the converter housing 13 can be seen. Through this recess 15, in the assembled state, the drive shaft 7, which is coupled or connected to the fan 8, runs.
The inverter housing 13 is closed in the illustrated embodiment and slightly spaced from the drive shaft 7, so as not to hinder the rotation of the drive shaft 7. In the inverter housing 13 and sensors can be arranged, which detect, for example, the speed or possible vibrations of the drive shaft 7.
On the inverter housing 13 feet 16 are arranged. These are based in the assembled state against the bearing plate 4 and thus define a gap 18, by which the inverter 2 is spaced from the bearing plate 4. The feet 16 preferably consist of a thermally insulating material and thus support thermal decoupling of the converter 2 from the electrical machine.
In addition to the feet 16, the inverter housing 13 has cooling fins 17. These are designed in the illustrated embodiment, as well as cooling fins are usually carried out on motor housings. Alternatively, however, the cooling fins 17 may also be arranged, for example, at an angle or offset from one another so as to guide the air flow generated by the fan 8 differently or cause turbulence, for example, and to better surround the converter 2 and the housing 3 with air. Similarly, the fan housing 9 on its inside ribs and / or baffles to direct or swirl the air flow or in the gap 18 (Fig. 3) 5/13 between inverter housing 13 and bearing plate 4 to conduct.
3 shows an axial section through the fan-side end of the motor 1. It can be clearly seen the gap 18 between the bearing plate 4 and the inverter housing 13. The inverter housing 13 is by means of screws 19 which extend through the feet 16, on the housing 3 of Motors 1 attached. The drive shaft 7 extends substantially coaxially through the recess 15 in the converter housing 13. Embodiments in which the converter is only partially covered by a converter housing 13, for example for better ventilation of the electronic components of the converter, or the converter 2 or the converter housing 13 is arranged eccentrically between fan 8 and bearing plate 4, are also conceivable. 6.13
